How Do I Change My Plan?

You can switch between the Basic and Full plans yourself, at any time, on your account page. Switching is free and happens straight away. Your remaining time is converted so its value stays the same.

How to switch #

1. Log in at https://account.lords-bot.com.
2. On the Plan tile, click Switch to Basic or Switch to Full.
3. A window shows what changes: Plan, Account slots, Time left and Expires, now and after the switch.
4. Click Switch to Basic or Switch to Full to confirm.

What changes #

Switch	Account slots	Remaining time
Basic to Full	Become 5	Shortened, because Full costs more. You keep about 35% of the days you had left. For example, 30 days become about 11.
Full to Basic	Become 2	Stretched, because Basic costs less. You get about 2.85 times the days you had left. For example, 30 days become about 85.

The exact new expiry date is shown in the window before you confirm.

• Expired licence: the plan and slots change, but there is no time to convert.
• Free trial: only the plan changes. Your trial time and 1 slot stay the same. The plan you are on when you buy time decides your slots. See Plans, Account Slots and Licence.

If you have extra slots #

If you bought extra account slots (more than 5 slots), you can’t switch the plan yourself, because you would lose them. The account page shows Ask our staff to switch your plan. Message our staff on Discord and they will sort it out with you.
