Lords Bot

Ribbon Bar

The buttons along the top of the main window: start and stop accounts, filters, quick settings, options and Other Settings.

Updated 8 Oct 2026

The ribbon is the row of buttons along the top of the main window. Most buttons act on the accounts you have ticked in the account grid. If nothing is ticked, the bot shows Please Select Account(s) before using this function.

Above the ribbon is a smaller top bar with Settings, Help, Refresh Grid, Themes and a colour palette picker.

Ribbon buttons

The buttons appear in this order: Purchase, Import, Create, Proxies, Start, Stop, Delete, Templates, Filters, Functions, Global Settings, Quick Settings.

Purchase

Opens your account page at https://account.lords-bot.com in your browser, where you can buy time, extra slots or the PC Mod. See Payments and Refunds.

Import and Create

Add game accounts to the bot. See Add Your Accounts.

Proxies

Opens the proxy settings. See Proxies.

Start and Stop

  • Start starts the ticked accounts. Click the small arrow for Start All, which starts every account.
  • Stop stops the ticked accounts. Click the small arrow for Stop All.

When you start or stop several accounts, the bot waits between each one. You set this wait in Other Settings, on the General tab under Connection.

Delete

Asks Are you sure you want to delete N accounts?, then removes the ticked accounts. Their folders go to the Windows Recycle Bin.

Templates

Applies a saved template to the ticked accounts, or opens the Template Editor or the templates folder. See Templates.

Filters

Saves and loads views of the grid. A filter stores the grid’s current filtering, sorting and grouping, so you can switch quickly between, for example, “accounts in guild XYZ” and “accounts below castle 25”.

Item What it does
A filter’s name Loads that filter.
Save Filter Saves the current view as a new filter. You type a name.
Save Current [name] Shown after you load a filter. Saves your changes back into it.
Filter Editor Rename or delete filters.

Filters are files in the Filters folder of your install. The menu updates as soon as a file is added or removed there.

Functions

Bulk actions such as rename, relocate, shields and gift codes. See Functions Menu.

Global Settings

Changes settings on all ticked accounts at once. It opens a window that looks like the account Settings tab, with a Selected Settings list on the right. It remembers the values you used last time.

Tip: Not sure whether to use Quick Settings, Global Settings or a template? See Which tool to use.

Button What it does
Save All Settings Asks Are You Sure?, then copies every setting in the window to the ticked accounts.
Save Selected Settings Copies only the pages you ticked in the Selected Settings list. Each ticked page is copied in full.
Default Settings Resets the values in the Global Settings window to the bot’s defaults. Accounts don’t change until you save.

Each account keeps its own proxy, saved gear sets, the heroes picked for monster hunting and its guild stats options. The Manage Guild and Guild Bank pages are not shown in Global Settings.

Note: Save Selected Settings copies the whole page, not just the options you changed. Check every option on a page before you tick it.

Quick Settings

Turns one feature on or off for all ticked accounts, without opening their settings. The options are Building, Research, Training, Hero Stages, Supplying, Gathering, Hunting, Schedule and Send Help.

The boxes are always clear when the menu opens. Ticking a box turns that feature on for the ticked accounts. Unticking it turns the feature off. Changes are saved straight away, also for accounts that are not running.
