Mail

The Mail tab shows the account’s in-game mail. Use it to read mail, mark it as read or delete it, translate player mail, and send mail to players or your whole guild.

To have the bot mark mail as read or delete it automatically, use Auto Mark as Read? and Auto Delete: in General Settings.

Inboxes #

Pick an inbox from the inbox drop-down:

• Mail: messages from players.
• System: messages from the game.
• Combat: reports from your armies.

The mail list #

Each row has a tick box, an icon, then State (Read or Unread), Time, Sender, Subject and Preview (the start of the message).

Tick the mails you want to act on, or tick Select All to tick every mail in the inbox. Then:

• Mark as Read marks the ticked mails as read.
• Delete deletes the ticked mails straight away. There is no confirmation.

Both act only on the ticked mails, not the whole inbox.

Reading a mail #

Click a mail to show it in full below the list, with From (the sender and time), Subject and the message.

• Translate translates a player’s mail. Click it again (Show Original) to go back. It is greyed out in the System and Combat inboxes.
• Reply fills in the To box with the sender, so your next mail is sent as a reply to that conversation.

Sending mail #

Fill in To, Subject and the message, then click Send Mail.

• One player: type their name.
• Several players: separate names with commas. Mails are sent one at a time, 5 seconds apart. If some fail, you are told which ones and why.
• Your whole guild: type guild. You must be R2 or higher in the guild.
• A reply: click Reply on the mail you are reading first. If you then change the To box, it is sent as a new mail instead.

Note: Sending mail to players needs castle level 8 or higher.
