Functions Menu

The Functions button on the ribbon runs one action on all the accounts you have ticked in the account grid. Use it for jobs you would otherwise repeat account by account, such as putting up shields before a war or redeeming a gift code.

Running or stopped accounts #

Some functions need the account to be running (started and online). Others also work on stopped accounts.

• Need a running account: Rename, Relocate, Relocate to Guild Assembly Point, Recall Armies, Reset Talents, Select Random Leaders, Select Random Avatars, Join Guild, Leave Guild, Build Spam, Shield, Buy store items….
• Work on stopped accounts too: Refresh Access Key, Redeem Gift Code, Auto-buy list…, Export Accounts, PC Mod Export, Transfer Accounts to User…, Save Configuration.

If you run an “online” function, ticked accounts that are stopped are skipped, and their Action column shows Account is inactive. If none of the ticked accounts is running, the bot shows No online accounts were selected.

Account changes #

Rename #

Opens Rename Accounts. Choose how to build the new names:

Option	What it does
Base Name:	The start of every name. Only the first 8 characters are used.
Five Figure Random Number	Adds a random number to the base name.
Ascending Numbers (e.g. 001, 002 etc)	Adds 001, 002, 003 and so on.
Name List	Type one full name per line instead. Give at least one name for each ticked account.

Click Confirm to rename. Accounts below castle level 3 can’t be renamed; the game’s message is written to their log.

Select Random Leaders #

Gives each account a random hero as its leader. Only accounts whose leader is free are changed. If the leader is in the shelter, it is released first.

Select Random Avatars #

Sets each account’s avatar to a random one it owns.

Reset Talents #

Asks Are you sure? This will reset all your talent points. Then it asks whether to buy the reset item with guild coins for accounts that don’t have one. Accounts with no reset item (and no permission to buy one) are skipped.

Map and army #

Relocate #

Opens Mass Relocator.

Option	What it does
Relocation Type:	Relocator, Random Relocator, Migration Scroll or Novice Relocator.
Try Purchase Item?	Buys the relocation item if the account doesn’t have one.
K:, X:, Y:	The target kingdom and position.
Square Hive	Places the castles in a square ring around X and Y.
Coordinate List	Uses positions from a text file. Click Load Coordinate List and pick the file.
Random	Moves each account to a random spot.

When you click Confirm, the bot asks for a relocation delay in seconds. This is the wait between accounts.

The coordinate list is a .txt file with one line per account, in X:Y:K format. The kingdom is optional; without it, the K: box is used. Make sure the file has a line for every ticked account. For example, to move five accounts to kingdom 420:

With Random Relocator you can only set the kingdom; the position is always random.

The coordinate list also accepts positions copied from the game in the X179 Y527 form.

Relocate to Guild Assembly Point #

Moves each account near its guild’s Assembly Point, after bringing its armies home. A free Assembly Point move is used if one is left, otherwise a Relocator from the bag. A Relocator is only bought with gems on accounts where Buy the Relocator with gems is on in General Settings. The castle must already be in the Assembly Point’s kingdom; problems are written to each account’s log. To keep accounts near the point all the time, use Stay near the Guild Assembly Point in the same settings group.

Recall Armies #

Recalls all of each account’s armies from the map.

Shield #

Choose a shield: 4 Hour Shield, 8 Hour Shield, 12 Hour Shield, 24 Hour Shield, 3 Day Shield, 7 Day Shield or 14 Day Shield. The bot then asks:

1. Enter Shield Delay (Seconds): the wait between accounts.
2. Do you want to replace existing shield(s)?: choose No to skip accounts that already have a shield.

Each account uses a shield from its bag. If it has none, it buys one with gems. If it can’t, the log says so.

Guild #

Join Guild #

Type a 3-letter guild tag. The bot warns that Accounts that are already in a guild will not join, then asks for a delay between accounts. Accounts that don’t meet the guild’s might requirement are skipped, with a message in their log.

Leave Guild #

Asks Are you sure you want the selected accounts to leave their guild?, then each account in a guild leaves it.

Build Spam #

Starts a build, asks the guild for help, and cancels the build, over and over. This earns guild coins and helps with Guild Fest. The bot asks for:

1. Enter Building Delay (Seconds): 1 to 86400.
2. Build Spam: how many times, 1 to 200.

The account must be in a guild and have a free building queue (or be able to rent one). The building used is set in Building Settings.

Keys and gift codes #

Refresh Access Key #

Gets a new access key from the game server for each account. Use it when the log says the access key has expired. It works on stopped accounts too; the bot briefly uses one of your account slots to do it.

Redeem Gift Code #

Type one or more IGG gift codes, one per line. Each account redeems every code, and its log lists the codes that worked and the ones that didn’t.

Stores #

Buy store items #

Buy store items… opens a window that buys the same items on every ticked account, without opening each account’s Inventory.

1. Pick a Store: the Shop, the Event Store, an open event store, or the Artifact, Labyrinth or Tycoon store. The items on sale are read from the first account. Items sold for real money, and free items, aren’t listed.
2. Tick the items. The list shows each Item, its Price, how many you can still buy (Left) and whether it is already on Auto-buy.
3. Set Amount per account, or tick As many as allowed. Tick Allow gems to let the accounts pay with gems.
4. Click Buy now. Each account buys within its own purchase limit and coins, and the window shows the progress. At the end it says how many accounts bought something; accounts that bought nothing were at their limit, short of coins, or offline.

For event stores you can also click Add to auto-buy or Remove from auto-buy to change every ticked account’s auto-buy list. Tick Turn on auto-buy to switch auto-buy on for those accounts at the same time; with Allow gems ticked, auto-buy may use gems too.

Auto-buy list #

Auto-buy list… opens the Auto-buy list for the ticked accounts, to review and clean up the items marked for auto-buy. In the window you can switch to this account or all accounts.

Saving and moving accounts #

Export Accounts #

Copies the settings files of the ticked accounts into a folder you choose (one sub-folder per IGG ID). When it is done it shows Successfully backed up N accounts.

Note: Account files are encrypted to your Lords Bot login. A backup can only be loaded by a bot signed in with the same Lords Bot login. See Move Lords Bot to a New PC.

PC Mod Export #

Writes the ticked accounts into the Game\Config folder of the Lords Mobile PC game, so the PC Mod can sign in to them. The bot finds the folder from the PC game’s install. If it can’t, it asks you to pick the folder. It then shows Successfully exported N accounts to [folder], and lists any account it could not get an access key for.

Transfer Accounts to User… #

Prepares the ticked accounts for a different Lords Bot login. You type the other person’s Lords Bot email, the bot checks it, and you save a file called account-transfer.zip.

Note: Lords Bot can’t import this file yet, so the other person can’t load it themselves. Don’t use this on your own: contact staff on Discord first, and they will move the accounts for you.

Save Configuration #

Writes each account’s current settings, guild bank settings and guild management settings to disk straight away. The log shows Current Configuration Saved.
