Guild Bank Settings

The Guild Bank turns an account into a bank for your guild. It keeps a balance for each member from the resources they send it, and members can send it commands in guild chat or mail to get resources back and use other features. In the Account Window, open the Settings tab > Guild Bank. It isn’t part of Global Settings or templates.

Enable Guild Bank / Commands at the top turns the whole feature on (default off).

Note: The bank only sees resources while the account is online. Resources sent to it while it is offline aren’t added to anyone’s balance.

Set up a guild bank #

1. Open the bank account’s window, go to Settings > Guild Bank and tick Enable Guild Bank / Commands.
2. On the Command Settings tab, choose where members can send commands. Accept Commands in Mail is on by default. Accept Commands in Chat is off by default; tick it if members should use commands in guild chat.
3. On the Authorized Users tab, click Add User and pick the members who should manage the bank. They can use every enabled command. Use Add External User for a player outside your guild.
4. Leave Command Prefix as !, or type another single character.
5. Click Save on the top bar and start the account. The bank only answers while it is online.
6. Test it from another account in the guild: send !bal in guild chat (if you turned chat on) or mail !bal to the bank.

A working bank replies by mail with the title Bank Balance. The mail says “Hi” with your name and lists your Food, Stone, Wood, Ore and Gold balance. A new member’s balance is 0 until they send the bank resources. If nothing arrives, check the Bank Log below the tabs, and check that Disable Mail Response is off.

Bank Data tab #

Balance #

The table shows every member’s balance: Name, UserID, Social ID, Food, Stone, Wood, Ore and Gold.

• When a member sends this account resources, the amount after the game’s tax is added to their balance.
• You can edit a balance by clicking the cell and typing a new amount (short forms like 5m work).
• Social ID is the Discord or Telegram user ID a member has linked to their name, so they can use bank commands through the Chat Bot.
• Right-click a row to Delete the member or Reset their balance to 0.

Button	What it does
Clear Bank Data	Resets every balance to 0, after you confirm. Members who have linked a Social ID are kept. Authorised users are kept only if Keep Authorized? is ticked.
Export Bank Data	Saves the table as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Keep Authorized?	Keeps authorised users when you clear the balances.

Outgoing #

This table shows the resources this account has sent to each guild member (resources sent by the Supply page’s large supply task aren’t included). Double-click a player to see each send with its time.

Authorized Users tab #

Authorised users can use every enabled command, whatever their guild rank. The table shows their IGG ID and Name.

Right-click a user and choose Unauthorize to remove them.

Command Settings tab #

Command list #

The table lists every bank command:

• ID is the command’s internal name.
• Command is the word players type after the prefix. Click it to rename the command (spaces are removed).
• Enabled turns the command on or off.
• Minimum Rank is the lowest guild rank allowed to use it (RANK1 to RANK5), or Authorized for authorised users only.

Right-click one or more rows to Set Rank, Toggle them on or off, or Reset them to their default name, rank and on/off state.

Queue tab #

Resource requests waiting to be sent appear here with Player, Total, Marches and Type. Right-click a row and choose Cancel to cancel it, or click Cancel All.

Bank Log #

The Bank Log below the tabs lists every command the bank received and every deposit, as it happens. Select lines and press Ctrl+C to copy them. Tick Save Log to File to also save the log to a file.
