Manage Guild Settings

Manage Guild lets an account look after its guild: view members, answer applications, and keep a white list (players to accept and rank automatically) and a black list (players to reject or kick). In the Account Window, open the Settings tab > Manage Guild. It isn’t part of Global Settings or templates.

What the account can do depends on its own guild rank, the same as in the game:

• Changing ranks needs rank 3 or higher, and the account can only give ranks below its own.
• Accepting, declining and kicking need rank 4 or higher.
• Only a rank 5 account can make someone rank 4, or change the rank of a rank 4 member.

Member list #

The main table lists your guild’s members with Name, Nickname, Rank, UserID, Might, Kills, Last Online and Whitelisted [Game]. Click Refresh List to reload it from the game.

Right-click one or more members:

Action	What it does
Add to Auto Accept/Rank	Adds them to the white list with their current rank.
Add to Blacklist	Adds them to the black list.
Kick	Removes them from the guild, after you confirm. Needs rank 4 or higher.
Set Rank	Changes their rank. Needs rank 3 or higher, and only ranks below your own are applied.
View Statistics	Opens the player’s statistics (one player at a time).

Application List #

The Application List shows players applying to join, with Name, UserID, Might, Kills, Last Online and Last Guild. Use the Accept or Decline button on a row to answer an application, or right-click it and choose Add to Blacklist.

Tip: If this account is a guild bank, R4+ members can edit these lists from guild chat with !whitelist, !blacklist, !unlistwhite and !unlistblack.

White List #

Option	What it does	Default
Enable Auto Accept	Accepts applications from white-listed players who have Accept ticked. Needs rank 4 or higher.	Off
Enable Auto Rank	Gives white-listed members who have Set Rank ticked the rank in their Rank column.	Off
Add By IGG ID	Adds a player to the white list by their IGG ID. You can also enter their name, or leave it blank.

The white list table has these columns:

• Name and UserID identify the player.
• Accept lets Enable Auto Accept accept this player.
• Set Rank lets Enable Auto Rank rank this player.
• Rank is the rank to give them. Click it to change it.
• In Guild shows whether they are in the guild now.
• Note is a free-text note for your own use.

Right-click white-listed players to Delete them from the list, Move to Blacklist, or set the Rank of several at once.

Note: Auto Rank never changes a rank 5 member and never gives rank 5.

Black List #

Enable Auto Reject / Kick	Declines applications from black-listed players and kicks black-listed members ranked below this account. Needs rank 4 or higher.	Off

The black list table shows each player’s Name, UserID and a Note. Right-click players to Delete them from the list or Move to Whitelist.

Note: With Enable Auto Reject / Kick on, a black-listed player is always rejected, never auto-accepted.
